Algoloom Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd provides custom software development, mobile apps, web applications, and IoT/hardware automation services. All software deliverables are built according to agreed client scope and specifications.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full project payment completion, custom source code and hardware configuration assets developed specifically for the client belong to the client as specified in individual development agreements.

3. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
